Terms of Service

By creating a Kultalk account or using any Kultalk number, calling, or texting service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Kultalk. Kultalk is provided by Kultalk Ltd.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if your account is used without permission.

You agree not to use Kultalk to:

Break any law or regulation, including those about marketing, consent, harassment, or privacy; send unsolicited calls or texts; impersonate another person or business; stalk, threaten, or harass anyone; use a Kultalk number to evade caller-ID or traceability rules; resell or share your number for a purpose Kultalk is not licensed for; or try to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Kultalk numbers are for personal communications. Using Kultalk for bulk calling, robocalls, automated texting without consent, or any high-volume commercial campaign is not permitted.

Kultalk sells packages that bundle a virtual number with included calling credit, and separate credit top-ups for per-minute calling. Prices are shown in the app before you pay. Packages renew only if you choose a recurring subscription; one-time purchases do not auto-renew.

Credits are a prepaid balance used for calls and texts at the rates shown in the app. Credits have no cash value and expire 24 months after purchase or last top-up. Unused included package credit expires when the package term ends.

We may change prices for future purchases. Changes do not affect what you already bought. See our Refund Policy for charges you did not authorize.

A Kultalk number is assigned to your account for the package term. You do not own the underlying telephone number. We may need to change, reassign, or release a number due to carrier rules, regulatory action, or account closure, and we will give you reasonable notice when we can.

We work to keep Kultalk running, but no communications service is uninterrupted or error-free. We may pause service for maintenance, carrier issues, or events outside our control. We do not guarantee that every call or text will connect or be delivered.

You can close your account any time. We can suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or if we can no longer provide service (for example, if a carrier withdraws a number range). On closure, unused credits are forfeited except where a refund is required by law.

Kultalk is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, Kultalk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost calls, missed messages, or business losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

We may update these terms. We will tell you about material changes in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
