Kultalk sells virtual numbers, calling packages, and prepaid calling credit. Because a number is assigned to you and credit can be spent on calls immediately, most purchases are non-refundable once used. This policy explains when you can get your money back.
New package, not yet used. If you have not made or received any calls on the number and have not used included credit, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Partially used. If the package term has started and calls have been made, the package fee is non-refundable. You keep the number until the end of the term.
Recurring subscriptions. You can cancel renewal at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current paid term. The number and included credit stay active until the term ends.
Calling credit is a prepaid balance. Unused top-ups are refundable within 7 days of purchase. Once any portion of a top-up is spent on calls or texts, that top-up becomes non-refundable.
If you did not authorize a charge, or a payment was duplicated by an error, contact us right away. We will investigate and refund verified unauthorized or duplicate charges in full.
If Kultalk fails to provide your number or a service you paid for (for example, your number stops working through a fault on our side and we cannot fix it), you can request a pro-rated refund for the affected period. This does not cover issues caused by your device, network, or carrier partners outside our control.
Email support@kultalk.com with your account email and the charge you want refunded. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Some countries give you legal rights that cannot be waived, such as a statutory cooling-off period. Nothing in this policy limits those rights. Where local law requires a longer refund window, the longer window applies.
We may update this policy. Changes apply to purchases made after the update. We will tell you about material changes in the app.
